Job Summary
RIFE International is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations in Ghana. This individual will drive market expansion in clean energy, EV infrastructure, and smart buildings by cultivating strategic partnerships and delivering tailored client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Identify new business opportunities across the public and private sectors.
- Lead proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Build and manage a team of local sales representatives.
- Report pipeline activity and performance metrics to global HQ.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years in B2B sales, preferably in energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Ghanaian and West African business landscapes.
