Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Associate to support our growing portfolio of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about climate solutions and eager to build a career in sales within the clean energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Support proposal development, project scoping, and client engagement.
- Work with senior sales and technical teams to prepare presentations and conduct outreach.
- Maintain CRM database and track leads, conversions, and follow-up activity.
- Represent RIFE International at networking events and industry functions.
- Educate prospective clients on RIFE’s services and project capabilities.
- Support bid processes and RFP responses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in clean energy or construction.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
