Project Overview

RIFE International, a globally recognized leader in energy efficiency, sustainability, and renewable energy solutions, is proud to announce its collaboration with the City of Baltimore on a landmark HVAC Upgrades project. With a budget nearing $10M, this endeavor underscores Baltimore’s commitment to sustainability and community development. The Baltimore City Department of General Services has issued a task +order for the replacement of HVAC equipment at up to seven libraries across Baltimore. RIFE International’s role in this project is multifaceted and comprehensive.

RIFE Solutions

We will provide a turnkey solution, encompassing all aspects of design, procurement, installation, and compliance. Our team of experts will conduct HVAC assessments, design new systems, procure energy-efficient equipment, and execute the installation with precision and efficiency. Furthermore, we will ensure compliance with all applicable laws, standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements, setting a new benchmark for energy-efficient infrastructure in the city. The impact of this project extends far beyond the libraries themselves. By modernizing the HVAC systems in these facilities, RIFE International is enhancing indoor comfort, improving air quality, and increasing energy efficiency. This not only creates a more pleasant environment for library visitors but also reduces operational costs and environmental impact. Additionally, these libraries serve as vital community hubs and cooling centers during warmer months, providing essential services to residents without air conditioning. By upgrading the HVAC systems, we are ensuring that these facilities remain accessible and welcoming to all members of the community, regardless of the weather conditions.
