Hampden Row Condos – EV Charging Infrastructure Services

Project Overview

Hampden Row is a 55-unit condominium building located at 4915 Hampden Lane, Bethesda, in Montgomery County. The eight-story building has two underground parking levels, containing a total of 69 individually-owned parking spaces. The client’s goals of the EVCS project was to be able to supply individual charging opportunities to any owner who requests connection and to “futureproof” the infrastructure in order to accommodate requests for connection in the future.

As society embraces electric vehicles (EVs) as a key component of sustainable transportation, residential communities like Hampden Row recognize the need to adapt infrastructure to accommodate this emerging trend. With a growing demand for EV charging solutions, Hampden Row sought a comprehensive approach to integrate charging infrastructure seamlessly into existing facilities.

RIFE International’s collaboration with Hampden Row exemplified our pioneering spirit in the realm of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. By designing and implementing a comprehensive charging system, we empowered residents with convenient access to clean energy while futureproofing infrastructure for evolving needs. This initiative not only promoted sustainable mobility but also positioned Hampden Row as a leader in eco-friendly urban living.
