One standout option is Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE). This program allows property owners to finance energy upgrades through their property tax bill. It covers up to 100 percent of upfront costs and offers a convenient, straightforward process.
Businesses interested in solar energy can take advantage of Commercial Solar Power Purchase Agreements (CSPPA). These agreements provide access to solar power with no upfront payment. RIFE manages both installation and maintenance, allowing businesses to save on energy while staying focused on operations.
Small businesses can also benefit from financing that supports upgrades aimed at lowering energy costs and improving indoor air quality. These improvements can lead to healthier work environments and long-term savings.
The Commercial Loan for Energy Efficiency and Renewables (CLEER) is another key offering. It provides financing for technologies such as solar panels and battery storage. With terms of up to 12 years, CLEER allows businesses to invest in clean energy while managing their budgets effectively.
