The City of Rockville as part of its commitment to reducing energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and helping building owners save money through energy efficiency practices partnered with RIFE International and the Department of Environmental Protections to organize an Energy roadshow.
The Energy Roadshow took place on September 28, 2019 at the Lincoln Park Community Center in the city of Rockville with the theme, “Keep money in your pocket while adding value to your property”.
The event was focused on educating residents of the city on energy efficiency. It included education on energy efficiency practices as a homeowner, incentives, and programs that residents can take advantage of to implement energy conservation measures. The event brought together energy professionals to provide expert advice on energy best practices including RIFE’s own Director of Building Envelope, Ron Fox to speak on building Envelope and Weatherization.
The event also featured other fun and exciting activities for children and family making the Energy Roadshow a great success.
