Radford, Virginia – October 2021 – RIFE President and CEO, Kwabena Osei-Sarpong, received the 2021 Radford University “Outstanding Alumnus” award. Following an incredible year of achievements, Mr. Osei-Sarpong was selected for this prestigious award as a result of the significant contributions he has made to his profession, community, and Radford University.
A native of Ghana, Africa, Kwabena credits his higher education at Radford University for laying a foundation of opportunity to grow as an individual, cultivate relationships, develop his entrepreneurial mindset, and ultimately find his purpose in improving the world around him, through his company, RIFE International.

Kwabena was joined by family, friends, and employees at the Radford Alumni Leadership Business Lunch and Awards Ceremony where he was presented with this honor. He had this to say, “I am truly humbled to receive this award. It seems like only yesterday when I left Ghana to come to the United States to attend college at Radford University. I am grateful to God for his guidance and grateful to so many people, many who attended the awards ceremony with me here today, who have never stopped encouraging me to pursue my dreams. This award is dedicated to everyone who has been and is still on this journey with me. I look forward to continuing to be a great representative of the quality and values of Radford University.”
